The Community Liaison Group will be formed by WIL/BHSL in accordance with the consent criteria set out by the Environment Court. These criteria outline the CLG's responsibilities and objectives in representing the community's interests regarding the WIL/BHSL dam project. You can view the full consent criteria document below.

Meeting held on 15th April 2026. We raised over 20
amendments that were incorporated to the
initial minutes which had to go through the CLG
approval process. Below you can now view the final
minutes.
